Description of activity Zakhidnadraservis Group of Companies
Zakhidnadraservis Group of Companies was established in 2014. Zakhidnadraservis is engaged in exploration, seismic surveys, drilling and extraction of oil and natural gas in Western Ukraine.
The Group includes eight mining companies:
and also owns a shares in three companies that are part of the MND Group (Czech Republic):
The Group’s Companies have the right for pilot-industrial development of oil and natural gas deposits within the licensed sites in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions in Ukraine.
The Group of Companies started 13 gas fields and 1 oil field, drilled 101 wells, 63 out of them were equipped and put into operation, built 5 gas treatment facilities and 1 oil gathering and treatment station, laid over 130 km of gas pipelines.
The total daily natural gas production within the Group is over 700 thousand m³/day and the annual production for 2023 is 253 million m³.
Zakhidnadraservis LLC
Zakhidnadraservis LLC operates in Bystrytska, Mostysche-Krehivska and Havrylivska licensed sites, which are administratively located in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. It operates:
- 2 gas wells and Oblaznytsia GDP at the Krekhivske gas deposit,
- 10 gas wells and a gas treatment unit at Bystrytske gas deposit.
Since 2014, 60 km of gas flow-lines, collectors, and loops of various diameters have been laid.
Oblaznytsia GDP is connected by a DN 100 Py55 L-3.7 km collector to Nove Selo AGDP of Bibrka line production division of main gas pipelines, Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC (Nove Selo AGDP is connected to Ivatsevychi-Dolyna MGP, DN 1200 Py55, the 3rd line).
Bystrytske GPP is connected by a DN 100 Py55 L-11.7km gas pipeline collector and DN 150, Py55, L-11.75 km loops to Opary-Uhersko MGP and DN 1000 Ру55 to Operator gazotransportnoi systemy Ukrainy LLC (Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC).
The following buildings and structures are located at the Bystrytske GPP:
- Inlet manifolds from wells of Bystrytske GD, Hirske GD, Hrabynske GD, Tershakivske GD;
- Low-temperature separation site;
- Automated zeolite gas purification unit;
- Three automated silica gel gas drying units;
- Manual deliquescent gas drying unit;
- SAFE compressor unit (made in Italy, capacity 240 thousand m³/day);
- Galileo compressor unit (made in Argentina, capacity 70 thousand m³/day);
- Metering station;
- TUMA TURBOMACH gas turbine unit with a control box (electric capacity 1,200 kW);
- Loganova E 1306 DN-100 power system (120 kW electric capacity);
- Gas generator (capacity 10 kW);
- Block container with Atlas Copco GA7 CAI722546 air compressor;
- KTP 10/0.4 integrated transformer substation (capacity 630 kVa);
- Operator's room;
- A warehouse for non-combustible materials, spare parts for process equipment, components, assemblies and inventory in non-combustible containers;
- Degassing and associated stratal water (ASW) collection tank;
- Inhibitor tanks (2 pcs);
- Underground methanol tanks (capacity 3 m³ and 25 m³);

Proekt-Bud PC
Proekt-Bud PC works at Rudnykivska licensed site, which is administratively located in Lviv region. It operates 5 gas wells and a gas treatment unit at the Rudnykivske GD. There were laid 17 km of gas flow-lines and collectors of various diameters. Rudnykivske GPP is connected by a DN 150, Py12, L-0.79 km gas pipeline collector to Uhersko-Lviv MGP, DN1000 Ру12 of Bibrka line production division of MGP, Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC, and gas pipeline collector DN 100, Py55, L-0,78 km to Pukenychi-Komarno MGP, DN700 Ру55 of Bibrka line production division of MGP, Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC.
The following buildings and structures are located at Rudnykivske GPP:
- An inlet manifold from wells of Rudnykivske GD;
- Low-temperature separation site;
- Automated zeolite gas purification unit;
- Automated silica gel gas drying unit;
- Metering station;
- Degassing and associated stratal water (ASW) collection tank;

Rudnykivske GPP
Nordik PC
Nordik PC works at Kolodnytska licensed site, which is administratively located in Lviv region. It operates 8 gas wells and a gas treatment unit at the Kolodnytske GD. There were laid 12 km of gas flow-lines and collectors of various diameters. Kolodnytske GPP is connected by a DN 200, Py55, L-2.21 km gas pipeline collector to Uhersko-Opary MGP, DN1000 Ру55 of Bibrka line production division of MGP, Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC, and gas pipeline collector DN 100, Py25, L-2.1 km to Ivankyky-Pukenychi MGP, DN500 Ру25 of Bibrka line production division of MGP, Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC. Also, Kolodnytske GPP has been completing the connection by a DN 250, PN 0.3 MPa, L-2.3 km middle pressure gas pipeline collector to DN200, PN 0.3 MPa distribution gas pipeline, Gazorozpodilchi merezhi Ukrainy LLC (Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC).

GEO-NADRA-INVEST LLC
GEO-NADRA-INVEST LLC works at Hrabynska licensed site, which is administratively located in Lviv region. It operates 4 gas wells. There were laid 18 km of gas flow-lines and collectors of various diameters. Hrabynska feld wells are connected to Bystrytske GPP, Zakhidnadraservis LLC.
GEO-TOPO-KADASTR PC
GEO-TOPO-KADASTR PC works at Pidgirtsivska licensed site, which is administratively located in Lviv region. It operates gas well No.2 Pidgirtsivska. There were laid 2.3 km of DN80 gas flow-lines. Pidgirtsivske field well is connected to a gas flow-line of well No. 5 Komariv, Lvivgasvydobuvannya Gas Production Division.

WELL KO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
Production Sharing Agreement No. 7 of 31 Dec 2020 – investor (operator) WELL KO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY 43002645 works at Uhnivska 1, Uhnivska 2 (Lypnykipska), Uhnivska 3 (Tysovetska), Uhnivska 4 (Dibrovska), Uhnivska 5 (Tershakivska), Uhnivska 6 (Sadzhavska) fields, which are administratively located in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. Currently, activities have been carried out at Uhnivska 4 (Dibrovska) and Uhnivska 5 (Tershakivska). It operates 5 gas wells. There were laid 20 km of gas flow-lines and collectors of various diameters. Uhnivska 4 (Dibrovska) site wells are connected to Kolodnytske GPP, Nordik PC. Uhnivska 5 (Tershakivska) site well is connected to Bystrytske GPP, Zakhidnadraservis LLC.

ZAKHIDNAFTOINVEST LLC
ZAKHIDNAFTOINVEST LLC works at Pivdenno-Stynavske deposit, which is administratively located in Lviv region.
Since 2022 is incorporated into Zakhidnadraservis Group of Companies. Seismic surveys, geological exploration and workovers are currently in progress at the deposit. Since the deposit contains significant oil reserves, it is expected to increase production after the above works are completed.
